1. Acceptance of Terms & Apple Standard EULA

By downloading, installing, or accessing Potty Training App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Pediatric & Medical Disclaimer

Potty Training App is designed purely as an informational habit tracking and timekeeping utility for parents. It is not a medical device, diagnosis tool, or substitute for professional pediatric healthcare. If your child exhibits severe constipation, chronic encopresis, dysuria, or urinary tract infection symptoms, consult your licensed pediatrician immediately.

3. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited timers, advanced analytical trend charts, and complete guide handbooks. Payment is charged directly to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tuncer Tirnavali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this software.
